The contract becomes valid with our acceptance of your offer.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 payment<\/strong><\/p>\n An advance payment of 20% of the rent is due within 10 days after the date of our booking confirmation. The rest of the rent is due 30 days before arrival at the latest. In the case of non-payment of the advance payment or full rental price despite a written reminder with a grace period of 10 days, the customer cannot make a claim on the property.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 services<\/strong><\/p>\n The scope of contractual services is in accordance with the descriptions on our website. <\/p>\n 4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 additional costs<\/strong><\/p>\n Additional costs such as electricity, gas, water, and the final cleaning are included in the rental price.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n The customer can withdraw from the contract at any time before the rental period starts. The withdrawal must be made in writing.<\/p>\n Decisive for the cancellation is the date the written withdrawal is received by the landlord. The landlord can charge a reasonable compensation in case of withdrawal. The amount of compensation is determined based on the agreed rental price. For the calculation saved expenses are taken into account. Instead of above mentioned compensation the landlord may charge a flat rate cancellation fee which is calculated as follows:<\/p>\n Withdrawal up to 60 days before the rental period: 20 % of the full rental price<\/p>\n 59 \u2013 30 days before the rental period: 80 %<\/p>\n 29 \u2013 20 days before the rental period: 90 %<\/p>\n In case of a later withdrawal the full rental price will be charged.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u00a06.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 warranty<\/strong><\/p>\n When an impairment of services occurs, the customer is obliged within the framework of the statutory provisions, to take all reasonable action in order to remedy the disruption and to keep any resulting damages as low as possible.
